That would be a very good thing to have. I have been frustrated by this also, but it appears that if you look at your grams of Omega 6 and Omega 3 you can divide the 6 grams by the 3 grams yourself and come up with a ratio. Comparing grams is the basis of the chart in this Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratio_of_fatty_acids_in_different_foods
It also appears that Cronometer’s Omega 6:3 ratio is set to approximately 1:1, i.e. if you hit that ratio in your dietary intake, you will be in the middle of the dark green zone in Cronometer’s meter (you would have to ignore the light green zone, and it isn’t exactly in the middle of the dark green zone but close enough).

The poster is obviously asking if you can calculate the Omega 6 to 3 ratio by looking at the quantity of each in grams. 4.1 grams of Omega 6 to 0.2 grams of Omega 3 produces a ratio of 20.5:1. This corresponds to the chart here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratio_of_fatty_acids_in_different_foods

Or do we need a math lesson as to how this works?

We have the optimal range set to 1:1, are you mis-reading the display?

I get that you have to track the minimum requirements, but that ratio doesn’t align with research, as you state.

Just seems odd. Especially since the imbalance (40x the Omega 6 compared to Omega 3) could cause inflammation, etc.
